▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A bio-based nano-synergistic flame retardant comprises transition metal organic framework, two-dimensional material and phytic acid. The transition metal organic framework is intercalated in the two-dimensional material, and the phytic acid is wrapped outside the transition metal organic framework. USE - Bio-based nano-synergistic flame retardant used in polymer composite material e.g. epoxy resin composite material or polylactic acid composite material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bio-based nano-synergistic flame retardant improves the flame retardant performance of the polymer composite material, so that it can reach the standard of being inflammable or extinguished immediately after leaving the fire, and also improves the fire safety performance of epoxy resin and polylactic acid materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of bio-based nano-synergistic flame retardant, which involves configuring a two-dimensional material suspension, adding the transition metal salt solution and 2-methylimidazole solution to the two-dimensional material suspension, and stirring the mixture evenly, reacting, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain an intermediate product, uniformly mixing the intermediate product suspension with phytic acid solution, and performing ion complexation reaction; and (2) polymer composite material, which comprises the bio-based nano-synergistic flame retardant.
