NOVELTY - Preparing the graphene/flat cocoon toughening carbon fiber composite material comprises e.g. spinning the silkworm in the two-dimensional plane, preparing the flat cocoon with different area and thickness and the size of the flat cocoon, carrying out ultrasonic auxiliary method to disperse graphene nano sheet in epoxy resin, and using vacuum auxiliary device for defoaming, uniformly paving graphene/epoxy resin mixed solution on the fluffy flat cocoon, preparing the graphene/flat cocoon prepreg by hot-pressing or rolling, making graphene/epoxy resin mixed solution fully immersed in the flat cocoon, uniformly paving graphene/epoxy resin mixed solution on plain or twill carbon fiber fabric, manufacturing the graphene/carbon fiber prepreg by hot pressing or rolling, making the graphene/epoxy resin mixed solution fully soaked carbon fiber fabric, and alternately overlapping the graphene/flat cocoon prepreg and graphene/carbon fiber prepreg by different arrangement mode and hot pressing. USE - The method is useful for preparing the graphene/flat cocoon toughening carbon fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses the silkworm instinct to produce flat cocoons with natural cocoon layer structure, and size of the flat cocoon, can adjusts the thickness by changing the number of cooked silkworms and the spinning time, and hose structure is fluffy and soft, can be arbitrarily cut; and uses graphene nanosheets doped with epoxy resin to prepare graphene/flat cocoon prepreg and graphene/carbon fiber prepreg, and then alternately layer them in arrangement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing the graphene/flat cocoon toughening carbon fiber composite material comprises (i) spinning the silkworm in the two-dimensional plane, preparing the flat cocoon with different area and thickness and the size of the flat cocoon, the thickness is adjusted by changing the number of the cooked silkworm and the time of spinning; (ii) using water bath method, carrying out ultrasonic auxiliary method to disperse the graphene nano sheet in epoxy resin, and using vacuum auxiliary device for defoaming; (iii) uniformly paving the graphene/epoxy resin mixed solution on the fluffy flat cocoon, paving a layer of release paper; (iv) preparing the graphene/flat cocoon prepreg by hot-pressing or rolling, making the graphene/epoxy resin mixed solution fully immersed in the flat cocoon; (v) uniformly paving the graphene/epoxy resin mixed solution on the plain or twill carbon fiber fabric; paving a layer of release paper; (vi) manufacturing the graphene/carbon fiber prepreg by hot pressing or rolling, making the graphene/epoxy resin mixed solution fully soaked carbon fiber fabric; and (vii) alternately overlapping the graphene/flat cocoon prepreg and graphene/carbon fiber prepreg with different arrangement mode and hot pressing.
