NOVELTY - Rubber composition comprises 100 pts. wt. of main material, 1-2 pts. wt. of processing aids, 2-6 pts. wt. of cross-linking agents, and 1.5-4 pts. wt. antioxidants, 25-80 pts. wt. of reinforcing filler, 2-10 pts. wt. of anti-gas explosion reinforcement, 2-8 pts. wt. of co-crosslinking agent, 2-5 pts. wt. of flow modifier. The main body material is hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber, the processing agent is sodium stearate, the cross-linking agent organic peroxide, dicumyl peroxide, di-tert-butyl peroxide diisopropyl benzene, benzoyl peroxide is any one. The anti-aging agent is 2 2 4-trimethyl 1, 2 quinoline, aggregate, 2, 2, 4- trimethyl-1, 2-dihydro quinoline. The reinforcing filler is carbon black, the anti-gas-explosion reinforcing agent is graphene, the auxiliary cross-linking agent triallyl propyl iso cyanuric acid ester or triallyl cyanurate. The flow modifying agent is coumarone or phthalic acid ester. USE - Rubber composition for resisting carbon dioxide-resistant gas explosion in oil and gas field. Uses include but are not limited to oil-gas well, oil well, and gas well. ADVANTAGE - The rubber composition has excellent comprehensive performance, carbon dioxide gas explosion resistance, and carbon dioxide partial pressure in oil-gas well environment with 10 MPa. The carbon black is carbon black hard. The graphene is added to the rubber system, because the two-dimensional sheet structure of the graphite and hydrogenated nitrile rubber combination is good, and the reinforcing property of the rubber is good. The sheet structure blocks carbon dioxide into the rubber, which can obviously improve the gas explosion performance of rubber. The organic peroxide as cross-linking agent, carbon black as reinforcing filler, and proper auxiliary cross-agent and flow modifying agent, effectively improves the comprehensive performance of the composition.
