▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing chitosan-modified graphene oxide composite coating comprises (i) (a) adding chitosan to 1-3% acetic acid solution to obtain homogeneous solution, i.e. product A, (b) adding graphene oxide to deionized water, uniformly mixing, and adding to product A to obtain product B, and (c) adjusting pH of product B to 4-6, uniformly stirring and centrifuging to obtain precipitate i.e. chitosan-modified graphene oxide (GC), (ii) (a) adding polyaspartic acid into deionized water, and mixing well to obtain C product, (b) adding GC to product C to dissolve, adjusting pH to 4-6, then adding glutaraldehyde to obtain product D, and (c) washing product D many times to obtain PASP-CS-GO, i.e. GCP, and (iii) mixing GCP with epoxy modified polyurethane resin to obtain GCP/EP-PU composite coating. USE - The method is useful for preparing chitosan-modified graphene oxide composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation, high corrosion resistance and high self-repairing ability of prepared composite coating.
