ADVANTAGE - The syntactic foam improves the tensile properties and high-temperature performance of the syntactic foam. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: A method for lightweight, tough, resilient syntactic foams with enhanced strength and resistance, which involves: embedding multiple microspheres in a matrix material to produce a syntactic foam, where multiple microspheres comprises a metallic glass material.
