NOVELTY - An acid-resistant ceramic composite material comprises 0-35 pts. wt. Joule stone with particle size of 3-5 mm, 10-40 pts. wt. Joule stone with particle size of 1-3 mm, 10-25 pts. wt. Joule stone with particle size of 0-1 mm, and 5-20 pts. wt. Joule stone with particle size of 180 mesh; 0-15 pts. wt. silica material with particle size of 0-1 mm, and 5-15 pts. wt. silica material with particle size of 180 mesh; 0-10 pts. wt. pyrophyllite powder with particle size of 0.088 mm; 5-30 pts. wt. boron-containing glass powder with particle size of less than or equal to 0.1 mm; 0-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide with particle size of less than or equal to 100 nm; 0-5 pts. wt. water-soluble carbon black with particle size of less than 1000 mesh; 0-5 pts. wt. alkali-free glass fiber; and 0-7 pts. wt. nano-silica fume with particle size of 100nm. The additive is 10-15 wt.% water glass and 0-35 wt.% binder. USE - The acid-resistant ceramic composite material is useful for coal gas recycling pipeline. ADVANTAGE - The acid-resistant ceramic composite material adjusts the material granularity according to the construction part, adopts casting or coating construction, the using temperature is lower than 100 degrees C of strong acid corrosion area, using organic resin bonding agent to seal the air hole, adding nano silicon ash mainly improves the particle filling performance and improves the bonding strength, forming a micro-pore structure, through capillary micro-porous pressure artificial acid solution penetration, and difficult wetting material to form a double coupling mechanism, reducing the strong acid solution to permeate and corrosion the coal gas recycling pipeline.
