▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves forming graphene on a glass substrate by using chemistry deposition process. The graphene is heat-treated at temperature more than 1500 Kelvin. An alignment layer is formed on the glass substrate. Liquid crystal is injected into the alignment layer. The injected liquid crystal is aligned according to crystallographic direction of the graphene of the alignment layer. A metal is etched from graphene plane by using an etchant. A high molecular coating layer is formed on surface of the graphene. USE - Method for manufacturing an LCD element. ADVANTAGE - The method enables facilitating orientation of the liquid crystal by controlling grain size of the graphene through the surface process. The method enables improving efficiency of the liquid crystal alignment. The method enables preventing light leakage and generation of smudge. The method enables improving performance of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an LCD element. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graphical view illustrating relationship between binding energy and intensity of an LCD element.
