▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene oxide/thermoplastic polyurethane involves in-situ polymerizing using 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 60.0 pts. wt. polypropylene glycol-4000, 27.4 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, and 12.6 pts. wt. 1,4-butanediol. The toluene diisocyanate (TDI) is TDI-80 (80% 2,4-TDI and 20% 2,6-TDI). The graphene oxide is sequentially treated with excessive glacial acetic acid, and didecyldimethylammonium bromide in a mass ratio 3:1. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide/thermoplastic polyurethane used as substitute in machinery industry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene oxide/thermoplastic polyurethane material with excellent mechanical strength.
