NOVELTY - Graphene stainless steel high speed drawing lubricating oil comprises 62-73 wt.% base oil, 3-10 wt.% extreme pressure antiwear agent, 4-12 wt.% 170 # chlorinated paraffin, 0.5-2 wt.% anticorrosion agent, 2-5 wt.% polyol ester, 0.5-1 wt.% antioxidant, 1-5 wt.% viscosity index improver, 0.2-1 wt.% rust inhibitor, 0.2-1 wt.% defoamer, and 0.5-2 wt.% graphene modified binary compound additive. USE - Graphene stainless steel high speed drawing lubricating oil. ADVANTAGE - The graphene stainless steel pipe highspeed drawing lubricating oil has better lubricity and adhesion under high speed and high pressure drawing; it can eliminate the scratch and corrosion defect on the surface of the stainless steel pipe; the surface finish of the stainless steel pipe is higher; at the same time, the lubricating oil has stronger stability, it can permanently exert lubricating extreme pressure performance, protect the stretching mold and has self-repairing function to the stretching mold, it greatly prolongs the service life of the mold; in the stretching process, there is no toxic and smell-free smoke gas, the production process is more environmentally-friendly.
