▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves soaking flexible substrate. A graphite alcohol solution is prepared in specific minutes. Dry gas with inert gas is blown and soaked. Nitride phase dispersion is prepared in specific minutes. Inert gas with tectori is blown when primary assembling process is completed. The primary assembling process is repeated for specific times. Atmosphere temperature is reduced to specific temperature for specific hours to obtain a flexible nitride/reducing graphene electronic composite material. The reducing steam is selected as hydrazine hydrate, hydrogen bromide or hydrogen iodide. USE - Method for preparing a flexible nitride/reduction graphene electronic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing simple operation, low energy consumption and low cost, and improving single gas sensing material properties of graphene, realizing high sensitivity and short recovery time.
