▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing magnetic nanocrystalline cellulose grafted oxidized graphene surface molecular imprinted polymer involves subjecting the magnetic nanocrystalline cellulose grafted oxidized graphene composite (Fe3O4-GO-g-CNC) as carrier and ofloxacin (OFX) as template molecule to the polymerization reaction and reacted with methacrylic acid (MAA) to obtain polymer having functional monomer. The template molecule in the obtained polymer is eluted to obtain magnetic nanocrystalline cellulose grafted oxidized graphene surface molecular imprinted polymer (Fe3O4-g-CNC-MIPs). USE - Method for preparing magnetic nanocrystalline cellulose grafted oxidized graphene surface molecular imprinted polymer for fluoroquinolones medicine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare magnetic nanocrystalline cellulose grafted oxidized graphene surface molecular imprinted polymer in cost-effective manner, adsorbs the fluoroquinolone medicine in water, has large adsorption capacity of graphene, and matching with OFX space structure and its binding sites, and high selective absorption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for fluoroquinolones medicine, which comprises OFX, ciprofloxacin, lomefloxacin, enrofloxacin, gatifloxacin, ofloxacin, moxifloxacin sparfloxacin and marbofloxacin.
