▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Chemical process for assembling screen-printed electrodes for detection of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) involves synthesizing screen-printed electrodes modified with graphene oxide electrochemically functionalized with polydiphenylamine (GO/PDPA), chemically interacting with 1,4-phenylene diisothiocyanate (PDITC), obtaining product GO/PDPA/PDITC, chemically interacting with G protein that leads to covalent attachment of G protein to electrode surface, interacting GO/PDPA/PDITC/G electrode with a TSH antibody solution and incubating in TSH antigen solution at a pH of 7.4 for 1 hour, and obtaining an assembled GO/PDPA/PDITC/G/TSH/TSH antibody structure. USE - The chemical process is useful for assembling screen-printed electrodes for detecting TSH.
