NOVELTY - The system has a main body formed with a blade outer surface layer that is coated with a graphite alkene electric heat film. A front part of a wind turbine blade is connected between two long and narrow parts. A continuous laying blade layer structure is fixed with the graphite alkene electric heat film. A blade shell is filled with laying vacuum auxiliary material. An epoxy resin basal body is connected with the blade shell. The blade outer surface layer is made of glass fiber cloth material. Thickness of the graphite alkene electric heat film is measured for about micron. USE - Graphene alkene electric wind turbine blade icing protecting system. ADVANTAGE - The system has high working performance, and avoids corrosion phenomenon.
