▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Process for producing graphene printed waterproof and vapor-permeable functional fabric, involves (a) preparing face cloth, using the face cloth polyester warp yarn of 100D/96F, and has a warp density of 120T, a polyester weft yarn of 100D/96F and a weft density of 100T, (b) desizing the face cloth, (c) pretreating for dyeing, (d) dyeing the face cloth to form a colored cloth, (e) splashing the dyed colored cloth to shape, (f) laminating the reverse side of the colored cloth with polyurethane white film, where the face cloth is made into a large roll, air-washing using a machine at 150 degrees C, filming at 110 degrees C under a speed of 15 m/minute, and placing in the maturing room for 48 hours, and (g) printing the film surface by roller coating printing, opening the rollers, mixing the printing materials with 3 pts. wt. graphene, 3 pts. wt. glue and 4 pts. wt. solvent, and printing on a coating machine at a speed of 30 m/minute, where the temperature of an oven is 120 degrees C. USE - The process is useful for producing graphene printed waterproof and vapor-permeable functional fabric. ADVANTAGE - The prepared fabric has comfortable hand feel, sufficient elasticity, stable functional indicators, excellent water pressure resistance and moisture permeability, and emits far infrared wavelengths to achieve excellent human healthcare effects.
