NOVELTY - Graphite reinforced alkenyl water-based coating is prepared by mixing components I and II in ratio of 100:15-30. The component I contains 30 wt.% film-former, 10-40 wt.% graphene dispersion liquid and balanced amount of filler. The film-former is epoxy resin emulsion or acrylic acid resin emulsion. The graphene dispersion liquid is mixture of graphite, nano-semiconductor and solvent in ratio of 1:1-5:1000. The nano-semiconductor is zinc oxide powder, titanium oxide powder, ferric oxide powder or tungsten oxide powder. The diameter of particles in powder is 20-50nm. USE - Graphite reinforced alkenyl water-based coating for coating substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphite reinforced alkenyl water-based coating is eco-friendly, and eliminates formation of hydrazine, reduces toxicity, and solves problem of agglomeration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite reinforced alkenyl water-based coating is prepared by mixing components I and II in ratio of 100:15-30.
