NOVELTY - Preparing modified spherical lithium manganate anode material comprises (a) mixing manganese source and lithium source to obtain the initial mixture, (b) placing the initial mixture for vacuum drying to obtain the dry initial mixture, preparing the dry initial mixture into spherical lithium manganate precursor, (c) sintering the spherical lithium manganate precursor, crushing and sieving, (d) mixing the initial lithium manganate anode material and the dopant M, adding ethanol as solvent, (e) placing the mixture colloid again into the vacuum drying furnace, stirring by planetary ball mill and (f) placing the modified spherical lithium manganate precursor in the graphite mold, placing in the furnace cavity of the discharge plasma sintering furnace, sintering under the vacuum, inert atmosphere or reducing atmosphere, crushing and sieving to prepare the modified spherical lithium manganate anode material. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified spherical lithium manganate anode material. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple process and convenient operation; is suitable for industrialized production requirements, and has great economic value and practical value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified spherical lithium manganate anode material comprises (a) using liquid phase method to stir the manganese source and lithium source, mixing uniformly to obtain the initial mixture, (b) placing the initial mixture in a vacuum drying furnace for vacuum drying to obtain the dry initial mixture, preparing the dry initial mixture into spherical lithium manganate precursor, (c) sintering the spherical lithium manganate precursor, crushing and sieving to obtain the initial lithium manganate anode material, (d) mixing the initial lithium manganate anode material and the dopant M, adding ethanol as solvent, stirring uniformly to form a mixture colloid, (e) placing the mixture colloid again into the vacuum drying furnace for vacuum drying, stirring by planetary ball mill to obtain modified spherical lithium manganate precursor and (f) placing the modified spherical lithium manganate precursor in the graphite mold, placing in the furnace cavity of the discharge plasma sintering furnace, sintering under the vacuum, inert atmosphere or reducing atmosphere, crushing and sieving to prepare the modified spherical lithium manganate anode material.
