▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Cathode of lead-carbon supercapacitor comprises a carbon substrate which is uniformly coated with proton penetrating gel, where the carbon substrate is made of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, carbon nanofluoroethylene terephthalate and/or carbon nanotubes. The proton penetrates gel is prepared by mixing adhesive, conductive carbon material and activated carbon, placing in 5 M sulfuric acid aqueous solution after mixing, heating at 55?oC, stirring at constant temperature, naturally cooling, leaving still for 24-48 hours in an environment with air humidity of 30-50% to obtain proton penetrate gel. The adhesive is polystyrene, polyphenylene sulfide, PVC, and polycarbonate. The conductive carbon material is graphene, acetylene black, and/or colloidal graphite. USE - Cathode of lead-carbon super capacitor (claimed) useful in lead-acid battery for power grid. ADVANTAGE - The lead carbon super capacitor using the cathode does not generate side reaction under the large current density, can bear higher transient current, and has wide application prospect in the field of power grid. The cathode hydrogen evolution potential is improved, and device large current cycle life and energy density are improved. The proton penetrating gel has high proton penetrability and ion concentration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of cathode of lead-carbon super capacitor.
