NOVELTY - The heating tumbler comprises upper and lower portions that are opened and the first container (102) portion is hollow. A body is coupled to a lower portion of the first container portion. A cover is coupled with an upper portion of the body portion (100). A heating portion is applying heat to a lower portion of the body. The first container portion and the second container portion each include a spiral groove or a protrusion connected to the cover on the upper portion. A lower portion is located between the first container and the second container portion. The heating unit (140) is formed in a prefabricated manner in which a battery, a vehicle power adapter, and a household power adapter are connected. The heating unit is a carbon fiber or a mixture of carbon fiber and graphene. USE - Portable heating tumbler for heating contents such as water or milk powder inside the tumbler by a portable battery, a car cigar jack or a household outlet. ADVANTAGE - The contents can be easily boiled or heated outdoors using a portable battery, cleaning can be facilitated by separating the body portion. The set temperature can be freely adjusted so that the user can intuitively and easily select warmth or water boiling. A user can check information such as a temperature and an operating state of the contents and preventing sedimentation and rotating the blade without power.
