NOVELTY - Reinforcement modification of casting aluminum-lithium-based composite material involves placing the reinforcement frame in a turning device and turning over, using magnetron sputtering to bombard the coating material, depositing the generated ionized vapor phase on the surface of the reinforcement to form a uniform coating. USE - Reinforcement modification of casting aluminum-lithium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves rigidity and strength of aluminum-lithium alloy, has simple process, and low investment cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) reinforcement-modification overturning device; (2) a preparation of aluminum-lithium-based composite material; and (3) an aluminum-lithium-based composite material which comprises 1.5-3.0 %mass lithium, 1.0-3.0 %mass copper, 0.4-1.0 %mass magnesium, 0.1-0.3 %mass zirconium, 0.1-0.3 %mass scandium, 1.0-3.0 %mass coating strengthened carbon nanotubes, 0.1-0.5 %mass coated strengthened graphene, less than 0.02 %mass impurity element, and the balance is aluminum.
