NOVELTY - A crack-resistant sealing rubber material contains magnesium sulfate, barium borate, bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, alkyl ketene dimer, tris(nonylphenyl)phosphite, butyl methacrylate, graphene oxide, sodium borohydride, p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium nitrite, styrene, potassium persulfate, hydrazine hydrate, butadiene rubber, vulcanizing agent PM, stannous sulfide, carboxylic acid glyceride, polyamide wax micropowder, 4-dimethylaminopyridine, wollastonite powder, and gamma -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane. USE - Crack-resistant sealing rubber material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber material has high surface strength and excellent crack resistance, sealing performance and shock resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A crack-resistant sealing rubber material contains 2-4 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate, 1-3 pts. wt. barium borate, 0.3-1 pts. wt. bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, 2-4 pts. wt. alkyl ketene dimer, 3-4 pts. wt. tris(nonylphenyl)phosphite, 26-30 pts. wt. butyl methacrylate, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium borohydride, 3-4 pts. wt. p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 14-20 pts. wt. 0.8-1 mol/l hydrochloric acid, 1-2 pts. wt. sodium nitrite, 43-50 pts. wt. styrene, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. potassium persulfate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 210-300 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 1.7-2 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent PM, 1-2 pts. wt. stannous sulfide, 3-4 pts. wt. carboxylic acid glyceride, 2-3 pts. wt. polyamide wax micropowder, 0.7-1 pts. wt. 4-dimethylaminopyridine, 10-14 pts. wt. wollastonite powder, and 0.7-1 pts. wt. gamma -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of crack-resistant sealing rubber material, which involves weighing raw materials and then uniformly mixing, cooling the mixture to room temperature and then filtering, drying the mixture and then ultrasonically processing, uniformly stirring the mixture, adding 4-6% sodium carbonate aqueous solution to the mixture and then adjusting pH value to 9-10, heat preserving the mixture and then ultrasonically treating, reacting the mixture and then discharging, cooling the mixture to room temperature, adding anhydrous ethanol to the mixture and then discharging, and vulcanizing.
