NOVELTY - Preparing nano-silver graphene bionic nanostructure composite film, comprises preparing graphene oxide suspension, preparing nano silver/poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) sol-gel, pre-treating the quartz substrate by cleaning, immersing the quartz substrate in graphene oxide suspension, washing, drying with nitrogen, immersing in nano silver/ PDDA sol-gel, washing, repeating the steps to obtain a multilayer composite film, placing the film in a tubular furnace, heat treating using a mixed gas of hydrogen gas and argon gas, and obtaining the nano-silver graphene composite film. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano-silver graphene bionic nanostructure composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes layer-by-layer electrostatic self-assembly process to composite the graphene sheet layer with nano silver particles by electrostatic adsorption to form bionic structure of the composite film; has simple process, and is easy to operate. The composite film has excellent antibacterial property and strong film substrate bonding force, and can be stored for a long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano-silver graphene bionic nanostructure composite film, comprises preparing graphene oxide suspension, preparing nano silver/poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) sol-gel, pre-treating the quartz substrate by cleaning, immersing the quartz substrate in graphene oxide suspension for 5-15 minutes, then washing with deionized water, drying with nitrogen, immersing in nano silver/ PDDA sol-gel for 5-15 minutes, then washing with deionized water, and repeating the step of immersing in graphene oxide suspension and nano silver/PDDA sol-gel to obtain a multilayer composite film, where the number of repetitions is not less than 10 times, placing the multilayer composite film in a tubular furnace at 200-600 degrees C, heat treating using a mixed gas of hydrogen gas and argon gas for 0.5-2.5 hours, where the volume ratio of hydrogen gas and argon gas is 1:2, and obtaining the nano-silver graphene composite film.
