NOVELTY - Biochemical sensor comprises two sensing channels for two-dimensional material quantum capacitance detection and conductance detection. USE - Biochemical sensor for two-dimensional material quantum capacitance conductance double-channel detection. ADVANTAGE - The biochemical sensor couples the excellent electrical conductivity properties of two-dimensional materials with their quantum capacitance properties, and can decouple the conductance of two-dimensional materials and analyze the changes in carrier concentration and mobility of two-dimensional materials without carrying the permanent magnet necessary for Hall analysis. The sensor provides feasibility for its application in portable ion detection.
