NOVELTY - The panel comprises a first transparent substrate (10) and a second transparent substrate (20). The second transparent substrates are arranged opposite to the first transparent substrate. The first graphene layer (30) is a transparent film layer, and is arranged on the surface of one side of the first substrate close to the second substrate. A second graphene layer (40), which is a light-transparent film layer and is provided on the side surface of a second substrate near the first surface. A frame glue layer (50) is arranged between the first and second graphene layers, and defines a containing space between the two graphene layers. A first alignment film layer (60), a dye crystal layer and a dye liquid crystal layer (70) are sequentially arranged in the containing space along the direction from the first layer of graphene layer and the second layer of the graphene layer.
