▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An optically transparent and electrically conductive film comprises metal nanowires and graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide, in which conductive film has metal nanowire-to-graphene oxide weight ratio of 1/9-9/1. Metal nanowires are essentially free of surface-borne metal oxides or metal compounds, and film exhibits optical transparence of not less than 80% and sheet resistance of not greater than 300 Omega /square. USE - An optically transparent and electrically conductive film for electro-optic device e.g. photovoltaic or solar cell, organic solar cell, LED, photo-detector, touch screen, electro-wetting display, LCD, plasma display, LED display, TV screen, computer screen, or mobile phone screen (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The optically transparent and electrically conductive film exhibits exceptional optical transparency and high electrical conductivity (or low sheet resistance). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for electro-optic device containing optically transparent and electrically conductive film as electrode.
