NOVELTY - The insulation material has a buffer portion (10) mounted on a floor slab of a building. A shielding portion is formed on an upper surface of the buffer portion, and a finishing mortar layer is mounted on an upper portion of the shielding portion. An interlayer noise insulation material is installed to block inter-layer noise and vibration applied from an upper portion. A graphene sound absorbing port (12) is inserted and fixed inside a hexagonal ring portion (12a) of a graphene network structure (11). The graphene-type buffer portion is provided with a lower cushioning foam panel (14) inserted and seated inside the lower inner side of the graphene sound absorbing port. An upper cushioning foam panel is made from rubber, polyurethane and silicone. USE - Sound insulation material for preventing interlayer noise between floors of multi-storey building such as apartment house and multi-family house.
