NOVELTY - Graphene coating comprises 2-8 wt.% graphene dispersion, 1-5 wt.% aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 0.5-3 wt.% silicone surfactant, 1.5-6 wt.% coating materials, 0.5-5 wt.% sodium fluorosilicate, 0.1-0.5 wt.% corrosion inhibitor and purified water (balance). USE - The graphene coating is useful in glass ultraviolet protection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene coating has high hardness, high-performance heat insulation, strong scratch resistance and self-cleaning ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene coating, comprising: (i) adding half of the total amount of purified water into a container; (ii) adding a graphene dispersion into the container and stirring until completely dissolved by a stirrer; (iii) adding an aqueous epoxy resin emulsion into the container and stirring until completely dissolved; (iv) adding a silicone surfactant into the container and stirring until completely dissolved; (v) adding coating materials into the container and stirring until completely dissolved; (vi) adding sodium fluorosilicate into the container and stirring until completely dissolved; (vii) adding the remaining amount of water into the container and stirring for half an hour until the solution concentration is uniform; (viii) filtering with a mesh cloth and placing for more than 3 hours; and (ix) filling.
