NOVELTY - Preparing graphene bottom sealing adhesive comprises (i) measuring raw materials includes octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, tetramethyltetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane, tetramethyldivinyldisiloxane, tetramethylammonium hydroxide, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, MQ resin, graphene powder, and additives, (ii) adding octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, tetramethyltetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane, and tetramethyldivinyldisiloxane into reaction furnace, heating, vacuumizing reaction, then adjusting to normal pressure, adding tetramethylammonium hydroxide, and continue heating reaction to obtain component A, (iii) mixing and stirring part of component A with hydrogen-containing silicone oil, graphene powder, additive, MQ resin, and vacuumizing to obtain component B, and (iv) mixing remaining components A and B in proportion to use as sealing adhesive. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene bottom sealing adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive: can be quickly cure; has good mechanical properties, anti-aging effects, good hydrophobicity, which is suitable for photovoltaic back sealing.
