NOVELTY - Preparing high-orientation graphene oxide composite fiber involves (a) preparing large-sheet oxide graphene water dispersion as a graphene oxide solution, (b) dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in water, heating to obtain a polypropylene (PVA) solution, and (c) mixing the GO solution and the PVA solution, heating and stirring to obtain the GO-PVA solution and (d) heating and mixing the Graphene oxide solution with the PPA solution, changing the mechanical stirring and concentrating to obtain spinning solution, extruding the spinning solution in a coagulating bath to obtain primary graphene oxide compound fiber, (e) soaking the nascent graphene oxide complex fiber in a stretching bath, and then stretching to obtain high degree of orientation oxidation graphene oxide fiber. USE - The oxidized graphene is useful for electronic, conductive nano composite material, thin film, electromagnetic shielding and sensor field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare oxidized graphene fiber that has high degree of orientation oxidation graphene fiber, which is simple, cost-effective, and has an ordered shape, and high strength.
