▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene and graphene-based material involves taking the insect wings soaking in the deionized water in a container at room temperature, heating in oven for 0.5-48 hours, cooling to the room temperature, taking out the insect wings from water and drying in oven. The dried insect wings are dissolved in ethanol solution in which the metal salt is dissolved, where the mass ratio of insect wings and metal salt is 0.001-1000, and the mixture is placed in a freeze for 24-72 hours and vacuum dried. The freeze-dried insect wings are put into the crucible, calcined at 500-2000 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing graphene and graphene-based material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene and graphene-based material which is easy to process, convenient, cost-effective and eco-friendly, and has high specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene and graphene-based material involves taking the insect wings soaking in the deionized water in a container at room temperature, heating in oven for 0.5-48 hours, cooling to the room temperature, taking out the insect wings from water and drying in oven. The dried insect wings are dissolved in ethanol solution in which the metal salt is dissolved, where the mass ratio of insect wings and metal salt is 0.001-1000, and the mixture is placed in a freeze for 24-72 hours and vacuum dried. The freeze-dried insect wings are put into the crucible, calcined at 500-2000 degrees C for 1-10 hours in inert atmosphere in a tubular furnace, then cooled to room temperature to obtain graphene and graphene-based material.
