NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene silicon carbon composite material, comprises (i) dispersing nano silicon, dispersing agent, and dispersing agglomerant in deionized water, drying, obtaining solid substance under the mixed atmosphere of inert gas and oxygen for heat treatment, obtaining carboxylated nano-silicon particles; (ii) adding the carboxylated nano-silicon particles into dopamine solution, introducing oxygen for polymerization, performing solid-liquid separation to obtain the nano-silicon/polydopamine composite material; (iii) adding the nano-silicon/polydopamine composite material into the oxidized graphene solution, performing hydro-thermal treatment, solidliquid separation, drying to obtain the nanosilicon/polydopamine/oxidized graphene composite material; and (iv) subjecting nano silicon/polydopamine/oxidized graphene composite material for one time heating under the hydrogen atmosphere, carrying out heat preservation, secondary heating, secondary heat preservation. USE - The material is useful in the material of the lithium cathode (Claimed).
