NOVELTY - Spraying process of graphene coating involves preheating the substrate to 100-300degrees Celsius, using liquid plasma spraying technology to deposit the graphene liquid on the base body surface through the spray gun to obtain the coating graphene, where the concentration of the suspension graphene 0.5-2 mg/ml, the power of the spray gas is 28-36 kW, the current is 780-850A, spraying distance 40-200 mm, the moving speed of 50-1000 mm/s; spray gun spraying circulation time is 2-50 times; the temperature of the base in the spraying process is 400-600degrees Celsius. USE - The graphene coating is useful in the field of wear resistance and corrosion resistance (claimed), preferably in material science, micro-nano processing, energy, biomedicine and drug delivery. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple process, short production period, high productivity; can have enough enthalpy value; prevents the deposited coating carbonization and has very short heating time. The coating has larger preparation size and higher coating bonding strength, and is more applicable substrate type.
