▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A plasmon resonance enhanced substrate comprises metal nanostructure array deposited on the surface of an optical wafer covered with a single layer of graphene. USE - Plasmon resonance enhanced substrate used in infrared spectroelectrochemical detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plasmon resonance enhanced substrate can effectively realize infrared spectroelectrochemical analysis through its plasmon resonance excitation in the mid-infrared region with excellent detection sensitivity reaching single-molecular layer level. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the plasmon resonance enhanced substrate, which involves using single-layer graphene, substrate, solvent, deionized water, microsphere suspension and metal.
