NOVELTY - Targeting gene carrier material based on graphene, which is functionalized graphene oxide modified by folic acid and polyethylene glycol conjugate aminated with aromatic conjugated system molecule of methylated pyrene hydrochloride, where amino acid after porphyrin or doxorubicin hydrochloride is used as the carrier, loading gene small interfering RNA (siRNA) molecule or DNA, folic acid, polyethylene glycol, graphite oxide and amination with mass ratio of the aromatic conjugated system: 1:2-100:2-20:0.01-100, is new. USE - The gene carrier material is used for preparing medicine for treating tumor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carrier material provides high expression and good targeting activity against tumor cell.
