▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The biosensor has a source electrode and a drain electrode whose surface is coated with conductive silver paste. A copper wire is fixedly connected with a data collecting device. A thermoplastic insulating elastomer rubber protects and packages the electrode on the surface of the source electrode and the drain electrode. The thermoplastic insulating elastomer rubber modified a PBASE on a surface of a LIG channel, where the thermoplastic insulating elastomer rubber modified affinity polypeptide on the surface of the LIG channel modified by PBASE. The thermoplastic insulating elastomer rubber specifically recognizes protein to-be-detected. A non-specific binding site on the LIG channel is shielded as an anti-stain agent on the LIG channel surface modified BSA modified by affinity polypeptide. USE - Laser induced graphene based field effect tube biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor has high sensitivity, low detection limit, short preparation period, low cost, high detection sensitivity, short detection time, small sample amount and fast detection of protein marker at a molecular layer.
