NOVELTY - The device has a flax cloth wrapped on an outer side part of a tree. A tree wrapping cloth is provided with inner and outer layer structures that are provided with a honeycomb structure. Inner and outer structure layers are provided with a filter film. The inner structure layer is provided with agent drugs. The outer structure layer is provided with graphene oxide-titanium dioxide composite photo-catalyst, where width of the tree wrapping cloth is about 3-6 cm. The agent drugs are quicklime, salt, binder and lime sulfur according to mass ratio. USE - Atmospheric pollutant self-cleaning treatment device. ADVANTAGE - The device is simple in structure and convenient to use, and has wider application range so that a tree body wrapping composite material cannot insect antifreeze, and atmospheric nitrogen oxide catalytic oxidation process is performed in non-toxic nitrate, thus effectively supplementing nitrogen nutrition of the tree under action of water and changing waste into treasure.
