NOVELTY - Complex graphene-based wind power bearing lubricant comprises 75-80 pts. wt. base oil, 8-12 pts. wt. thickener, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene-silica gel complex, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. polyisobutylene diacid quaternary methanol ester, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dithiocarbamate, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. copper salt calcium sulfonate, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1-2 pts. wt. tungsten-molybdenum alloy powder. USE - Used as complex graphene-based wind power bearing lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The lubricant meets the comprehensive performance requirements of wind power bearing resistance to high and low temperature changes, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oil leakage prevention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the complex graphene-based wind power bearing lubricant comprising (i) taking all the above mentioned raw materials, (ii) dispersing graphene in an aqueous solution of sodium silicate, adding dilute sulfuric acid and stirring evenly, allowing to stand, washing with water, drying, and grinding to obtain graphene-silica gel complex, (iii) adding base oil, thickener, graphene-silica gel complex, polyisobutylene diacid quaternary methyl alcohol ester into the mixer, stirring at 600-800 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 2-5 hours to obtain mixed materials, and (iv) adding zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, dithiocarbamate, calcium copper sulfonate, antioxidant, tungsten-molybdenum alloy powder to the mixture, and stirring at 1000-1200 rpm for 1-3 hours.
