NOVELTY - The method involves using a liquid additive package and laminar shear processing regimen as described in a specification, where an exfoliating and/or stabilizing a graphene using an additive package, a shear, and a laminating agent, and performed a process using the additive package or the shear and an additive agent to form a graphene. The graphene is exfoliated and stabilized using the liquid additive packaging and a laminated shear. USE - Method for graphene exfoliation and stabilization using liquid additive package and laminar shear processing regimen. ADVANTAGE - The method not likely to result in a compound with optimal or even increased electrical, thermal, and mechanical characteristics, to graphene through non covalent or covalent approaches improve a stability and processing of dispersed graphene and may introduce new properties as well as allow tuning of properties of final applications, so that quantity of graphene is increased beyond a certain level, a point of diminishing returns is observed, with little or no additional benefit achieved; and in fact, mechanical properties can decline.
