NOVELTY - The graphite tooling fixture has an upper cover plate (2) and a bottom plate (8) arranged in parallel. The upper cover plate and the bottom plate are provided with multiple layers of middle plate (6). The bottom plate and middle plate are respectively stacked with multiple film material (5). The edge of the film material is placed with two graphite rods (7) having same height. The axis of the graphite rod is vertical to the graphitic cover board, the total height of the sheet material is not more than 90 wt.% of the corresponding layer of graphite bars. The upper cover plate, middle plate and bottom plate are locked by a locking structure. The upper cover plate and middle plate are pressed on the corresponding graphite rod. USE - Graphite tooling fixture for firing graphene heat conducting film used in electronic industry. ADVANTAGE - The fixture is capable of giving enough film material, the height of the expansion space, reducing the expansion caused by the heating of the fixture tool damage damaging the high temperature firing device, so as to improve the continuity of production, the finished product quality and product yield of the graphene heat conducting film, improving the production efficiency.
