NOVELTY - Supercritical micro-foamed polyurethane material comprises 20-40 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 20-50 pts. wt. dodecylbenzene-2,4-diisocyanate, 2-10 pts. wt.castor oil alcohol, 0.5-3 pts. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 0.2-2 pts. wt. elasticity regulator, 1-4 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. accelerator, and 1-3 pts. wt. nucleating agent. USE - As supercritical micro-foamed polyurethane material. ADVANTAGE - The supercritical micro-foamed polyurethane material solves the problems of material cracking, poor flexibility, compression deformation, and poor flame retardancy, promotes the formation of uniform and stable foamed micropores in polyurethane materials, and effectively improves the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of foamed materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the supercritical micro-foamed polyurethane material comprising (a) weighing polyester polyol, dodecylbenzene-2,4-diisocyanate, castor oil alcohol, dibutyltin dilaurate, elasticity regulator, nucleating agent, accelerator, surfactant, (b) mixing polyester polyol, dodecylbenzene-2,4-diisocyanate, dibutyltin dilaurate, elasticity regulator and nucleating agent, heating at 60-100 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours in nitrogen environment, lowering the temperature to 40-55 degrees C, adding castor oil alcohol and accelerator, and the heat preservation reaction is 2-5 hours to obtain polyurethane prepolymer, (c) adding surfactant to the polyurethane prepolymer, stirring evenly, and maintaining the temperature at 100-120 degrees C for 20-50 minutes to obtain polyurethane base material, and (d) placing the obtained polyurethane base material in a supercritical foaming extruder, and heating the supercritical foaming extruder to 120-160 degrees C, injecting supercritical carbon dioxide fluid into the supercritical foaming extruder, controlling the internal pressure of the supercritical foaming extruder at 20-30 MPa for 3-5 hours, reducing the temperature to 80-100 degrees C, and quickly releasing the pressure, the pressure release time is 30-80 second to obtain the product.
