NOVELTY - Composite graphene powder coating comprises 30-34 pts. wt. graphene, 31-35 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 40-44 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 4-8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-5 pts. wt. stannous sulfate, 7-11 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 20-24 pts. wt. anti-yellowing benzoin, 4-8 pts. wt. propylene glycol tetraether, 9-13 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 12-16 pts. wt. alkyl fatty acid ester, and 11-15 pts. wt. calcium carbonate. USE - Used as composite graphene powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is simple to prepare; and has actively improved heat dissipation performance, and good strength and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite graphene powder coating comprising (1) using graphene, epoxy resin, polydimethylsiloxane, titanium dioxide, stannous sulfate, diatomaceous earth, anti-yellowing benzoin, propylene glycol tetraether, sodium tripolyphosphate, alkyl fatty acid ester, and calcium carbonate; (2) uniformly stirring the graphene and polydimethylsiloxane to obtain solution-A; (3) uniformly stirring the epoxy resin, titanium dioxide, stannous sulfate, diatomaceous earth and anti-yellowing benzoin to obtain solution-B; (4) uniformly stirring the propylene glycol tetraether, sodium tripolyphosphate, alkyl fatty acid ester and calcium carbonate to obtain a solution-C; (5) mixing the solution-A, solution-B and solution-C to obtain a mixture; and (6) adding the mixture into an extruder for extrusion processing, after extruding and moulding, cooling and sieving to finally obtain a composite graphene powder coating.
