NOVELTY - The machine has a base housing (1), and multiple air intake holes (11) are evenly distributed on the outer peripheral side of the base housing. One end of a sterilizing outer cylinder (2) penetrates through the top of the base housing and extends into the base housing. A disinfection inner tube (3) is placed inside the outer cylinder. One end of the disinfection inner tube is connected to the outer cylinder. An UV disinfection lamp assembly (5) is arranged inside the disinfection inner tube. A suction fan (6) is arranged in inner portion the disinfection inner tube and located below the UV disinfection lamp assembly. The interlayer space between the sterilizing outer cylinder and the disinfection inner tube constitutes a circulation cavity (7). The disinfection inner tube is provided with a useful position near the other end of the disinfection inner tube with an air return port (32) connecting the circulation cavity and the disinfection inner tube.
