▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing aqueous epoxy resin graphene composite material, involves (a) adding 1 pt. wt. graphene oxide and 1-5 pts. wt. reducing agent to 100-1000 pts. wt. deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 20-30 minutes, sealing, placing at 90-120 degrees C, and heating for 12-24 hours to obtain a graphene hydrogel, (b) replacing the graphene hydrogel with deionized water for 3-8 times to remove excess water to obtain a graphene hydrogel block, and (c) adding the graphene hydrogel block to aqueous epoxy resin, uniformly stirring and mixing, adding curing agent, uniformly stirring, and solidifying to obtain the composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing aqueous epoxy resin graphene composite material used as aqueous adhesives and floor paint (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method adopts simple preparation method, omits the step of obtaining the graphene aerogel, does not use expensive freeze drying equipment or supercritical carbon dioxide extraction equipment, has short reaction period, and is economical.
