NOVELTY - Graphene-enhanced heat-resistant and anticorrosive coating, comprises 60-65 wt.% film-forming materials, 0.1-0.5 wt.% modified graphene, 30-35 wt.% fillers, additives (remaining amount), and 1-1.5 wt.% solvents. The film-forming material is self-made epoxy silicone resin. The modified graphene is gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane modified graphene oxide. The filler comprises scaly aluminum powder paste. The additives are a mixture of 0.5-1 wt.% defoamers, 0.1-0.5 wt.% wetting agents, and 0.5-2 wt.% dispersants. USE - Used as graphene-enhanced heat-resistant and anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has higher temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, overcomes the problem of insufficient corrosion resistance of existing heat-resistant coatings, the coating is intact after the sample is kept in an air environment at 650 degrees C for 4 hours, the weight gain rate of the sample is less than 1%, and the temperature resistance can withstand distilled water soaking for more than 30 days without corrosion, and after 1000h of neutral salt spray test, it will not fall off or foam. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the (i) preparing self-made epoxy silicone resin by mixing bisphenol A epoxy resin and methyl phenyl silicone silicone resin in a stoichiometric ratio of 1:1-2:1, adding 1-3% of the stoichiometric amount of dibutyltin dilaurate, stirring mixture and heating, and the heating temperature is not greater than 120 degrees C, and mixture undergoes chemical reaction for 2-4 hours, (ii) preparing modified graphene by mixing ethanol and water in a volume ratio of 3:1, mixing the mixture with graphene oxide, stirring mixture and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a homogeneous graphene oxide suspension, and adding graphene oxide modified by gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane was according to the stoichiometric ratio, and stirring in a 70 degrees C oil bath, condensing and refluxing for 6-8 hours, reacting, vacuum filtering, washing with ethanol/water mixed solution, and performing critical freeze-drying to obtain amino-modified graphene, (iii) adding the film-forming material, amino-modified graphene, fillers and additives in proportion, and (iv) adding amino-modified graphene to the film-forming material, fillers and additives, stirring by hand or a mixer at high speed for at least 1 minute, placing them into a sand mill to grind, discharging until the fineness is less than 40 mu m.
