NOVELTY - The cloth has a fiber fabric comprising a laminated fiber, an electrode metal layer and a semiconductor layer. The electrode metal layer and the semiconductor layer form an ohmic contact. A material of a sliding electric layer is a metal forming a Schottky junction with the semiconductor layer. The sliding electric layer slides on a surface of the semiconductor layer of the fiber fabric. A direct current output signal is generated between the sliding starting layer and the electrode metal layer. The semiconductor layer is poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene), polypyrrole, polyaniline, graphene or molybdenum disulfide. The material of the electrode metal layer is metal nickel, gold, silver or platinum. USE - Direct current power generation cloth for use as a wearable device to convert mechanical energy into direct current electric signal. ADVANTAGE - The generating cloth is a direct current generator with flexible structure. The generating cloth can be used as a wearable device to convert mechanical energy into direct current electric signal.
