NOVELTY - The method for preparing dry ice-based graphene, involves mixing high-purity expanded graphite, anionic surfactant, dispersant, defoamer and solvent, mechanically stirring to form mixed slurry, crushing, adding crushed particles to liquid carbon dioxide, solidifying to form dry ice solid, adding deionized water and ethanol, injecting dry ice solid into the bottom of the container through the injection mechanism, melting, suspending the crushed particles on the surface of mixture of deionized water and ethanol. USE - Method for preparing dry ice-based graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of dry ice-based graphene with excellent powder suspension effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing dry ice-based graphene, involves (S1) mixing high-purity expanded graphite, anionic surfactant, dispersant, defoamer and solvent in the reactor, mechanically stirring for 30-120 minutes to form mixed slurry, (S2) crushing, placing the mixed slurry in an oven, drying at 100-150 degrees C to form solid, crushing the solid to form crushed particles with particle size of less than 100 mu m, (S3) mixing in a low temperature environment at -56--78 degrees C, adding crushed particles to liquid carbon dioxide, stirring, heating at -80--120 degrees C, solidifying to form dry ice solid, cutting dry ice solid at low temperature, (S4) adding deionized water and ethanol to a container at room temperature, providing injection mechanism at the bottom of container, injecting dry ice solid into the bottom of the container through the injection mechanism, melting, contacting the crushed particles to the surface of deionized water and ethanol, suspending the crushed particles on the surface of mixture of deionized water and ethanol, filtering and rapid drying to obtain high purity graphene powder.
