▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Liquid biopsy for ovarian cancer based on graphene nano-ultrasonic sensor comprises (i) directly collecting and detecting the blood of the patient, (ii) using improved Hummers method to prepare the oxidation graphene, and characterizing the prepared oxidation graphene, and (iii) adding two different buffer solution and graphene oxide (GO) solution to ovarian tissue detected by puncture biopsy to prepare solution for fluorescent measurement. USE - The method is useful for liquid biopsy for ovarian cancer based on graphene nano-sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes fluorescent biosensor for amplifying and detecting miRNA through graphene oxide and DSN enzymatic cleavage catalytic cycle, detects miRNA with high sensitivity, improves sensitivity, shortens reaction time, allows target miRNA molecule to cycle and hybridize with multiple DNA probe molecules, and amplifies fluorescent signal to achieve highly sensitive detection of miRNA.
