NOVELTY - High gamma-crystal content binary random copolymer polypropylene expanded bead, has content of gamma-crystal in the polypropylene expanded bead of 10-85 wt.%. USE - High gamma crystal content binary random copolymer polypropylene foaming beads used for forming body (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The binary random copolymerization polypropylene foaming bead contains high gamma crystal content, and obviously improves mechanical property of a polypropylene foaming forming body. The preparation method has simple process, easy operation, cost-effective and suitability for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) A method for preparing binary random copolymerization polypropylene expanded beads with high gamma crystal content, which involves: annealing the binary random copolymerization polypropylene foaming beads, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the binary random copolymerization polypropylene foaming beads with high gamma crystal content, where the binary random copolymerization polypropylene foaming bead is prepared by carrying out kettle pressure foaming on a binary random copolymerization polypropylene foaming composition containing a nucleating agent. (2) A high gamma-crystalline content binary random copolymer polypropylene expanded bead prepared by the preparation method. (3) A high gamma crystal content binary random copolymerization polypropylene foamed bead forming body, is prepared by the high gamma crystal content binary random copolymerization polypropylene foamed bead, where the content of gamma-crystals in the polypropylene expanded bead molding is 15-90 wt.%, preferably 35 -85 wt.%.
