▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for producing graphene flakes, involves (a) preparing an expandable graphite, (b) charging the expandable graphite into a furnace, (c) sealing the furnace, (d) heating the expandable graphite by irradiating the furnace with microwaves, (e) maintaining or lowering the temperature of the expandable graphite by stopping the microwave irradiation, and (f) repeating steps (d)-(e) until graphene flakes with a purity of 95% or more are obtained. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene flakes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple processes and obtains graphene flakes from graphite with high yield within a short period of time, is suitable for mass-produce, enhances process efficiency without loss of material, and reduces overall process time. The graphene flakes have high purity and uniform particle properties, excellent for industrial use, excellent heat resistance and barrier properties.
