NOVELTY - A composite comprises graphene and carbon nitride. USE - Composite for use as lithium ion battery cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has electric current density of 100 mAg-1, first reversible charge-discharge capacity of 1705mAhg-1 after 50 cycles, maintainable capacity of 1525mAhg-1 and very good multiplying power property, is hopeful as vehicle power system, and when the electric current density is 1000 mAg-1, reversible capacity can reach 943 mAhg-1.
