NOVELTY - The method involves bringing two-dimensional substance into close contact with the polymer sheet in a first temperature range where the two-dimensional substance can be adsorbed to the polymer sheet to be peeled off so that a two-dimensional substance thin film (10) is tranferred onto the polymer sheet and the two-dimensional material is higher than the first temperature range. The two-dimensional material thin film on the polymer sheet is tranferred on the other substance in a second temperature region where the two-dimensional substance can be peeled from the polymer sheet. The polymer sheet is a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) polymer sheet. The two-dimensional material is graphene, molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) or iron phosphorus trisulfide (FePS3). USE - Method for preparing two-dimensional material thin film. ADVANTAGE - Two-dimensional material thin film having uniform thickness and homogenous surface can be formed.
